Whole Note Gluten Free Baking Mixes
I know what you are thinking, all gluten free tastes the same. Well not so with Whole Note Gluten Free Baking mixes. They are created by husband and wife team , Paul and Bonnie Morris. Awhile back Paul was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. This meant no more gluten…ever. Disappointing to anyone that loves baked goods. Paul wanted the same great flavors he had always enjoyed so he got to work creating healthy , easy to prepare and most importantly delicious gluten free recipe mixes. Friends and relatives alike loved Paul’s creations and wanted to know where they could buy them. Thus brought forth the Whole Note Food Company. I was blessed to be able to try three different Whole Note Gluten Free Baking Mixes. Let’s check em out.
Non-Dairy Pancake Mix
Making Gluten Free Non-Dairy Pancakes couldn’t be easier. Add Non-Dairy Milk, eggs and oil mix and cook. If you can mix a cake mix you can do this. What do they taste like? They are absolutely delicious, light and fluffy, perfect.
Look how perfect mine turned out.I did not even need to add butter. They were moist and yummy. What I really like about Whole Note Dairy-Free Pancakes is that you do not have to make them right away. They can actually save the batter in the fridge for a couple of days making mornings easy. Want to go ahead and make em all at once? Go ahead, you can freeze the rest and heat em up as needed.
Enjoy light, fluffy, delicious pancakes with excellent texture and taste – and made with 7 whole grains! They’re quick and easy to make – all you add are eggs, milk substitute, and oil or butter. They freeze well too. Cook up a batch and have them ready to go!
Original Crepe Mix
I love crepes. I love how they may be used with either a sweet or savory filling. Never having made crepes before today, I was not even completely sure how. I was delighted to find that the Whole Note Original Crepe Mix box had simple to follow directions and I think I did pretty well. Hubby really like them. He said they were delicious. I thought so too. We made ours with Black Forest Ham and some creamy Goat Cheese. If I didn’t know the truth I would never have known they were Gluten Free. I am thinking it’s time to go out and buy a real crepe pan and another box of Whole Note Original Crepe Mix.
Enjoy excellent sweet or savory crepes. Try something new for dinner or dessert! They’re nutritious and easy to make – just add eggs, milk, and oil or butter. Click below for some of our favorite crepe fillings!
Lemon Ginger Muffin Mix
The smell of the batter alone made my mouth water. Then when they were baking the smell that filled the house was wonderful. I almost couldn’t wait until they were done. The flavor of ginger and lemon came through perfectly. It was there but not overpowering. The Muffins were moist and delicious.
Tangy, fresh lemon enhanced with just the right zing of ginger! These muffins are nutritious too, with 13 grams of whole grains in every one. Great for breakfast, snacks, or even dessert! Try one with a cup of tea and you’ll fall in love. They’re also easy to make – just add eggs, oil, and milk!
