This is a really fun movie mystery with plenty of twists. There are lots and lots of possible outcomes with this one. I was guessing who done it all the way til the end of the movie. After All These Years is packed full of some of my favorite actors and actresses. Ya gotta love Wendie Malick and Gregory Harrison to name just two. Another Hallmark winner.
Be careful of what seems to be perfect marriages. Sometimes, they aren’t quite as perfect as they appear – even if you happen to be one of the spouses. This is what we learn from “After All These Years,” a comedy thriller premiering Saturday, April 20 (8 p.m. ET/PT, 7C) on Hallmark Movie Channel that features a top-drawer cast. Starring are Emmy® Award nominee Wendie Malick (“Hot in Cleveland” and “Just Shoot Me”), Emmy® winner Andrea Martin (“SCTV” and “My Big Fat Greek Wedding”) and the ever-suave Gregory Harrison (“M*A*S*H” and “Undercover Bridesmaid”) along with Martha Burns (“Love and Savagery”). As the film kicks off, Audrey Brandon (Malick) has just celebrated her 30th wedding anniversary to what seems like the greatest husband on earth, Michael (“Barclay Hope from The Killing”). But as soon as the party’s over, Michael tells Audrey that the marriage is over. He’s leaving her for a younger woman. Audrey is sent reeling and spends a summer grieving the trauma of getting dumped. Then she suddenly awakes one evening to find Michael stabbed to death on her kitchen floor and she has no idea how he got there. Now she finds herself the lead suspect in the killing of her no-good, two-timing ex, and she does what any innocent jilted spouse would do: she flees. Yes, Audrey becomes a fugitive from justice, except that in this case justice won’t be served until she finds the real killer(s). So while dodging the cops, she skips town and enlists the help of best friends Anita (Martin) and Phyllis (Burns) along with a former student J.J. (Matt Ward) and a onetime love David (Harrison). Her quest for answers also leads Audrey to some of Michael’s confidants, including a former publicist, an ex-secretary and a best pal. It starts to seem as if anyone and everyone could have had a motive to bump off Mike. Finally, the clues start to add up and a potential real suspect is singled out. But that doesn’t mean the mystery is necessarily solved in “After All These Years.” There is plenty of good, lighthearted fun that features laughs along the way while clearing your name.

Wonderful family movie from our friends at Hallmark. “Our Wild Hearts” starring Ricky Schroder is the story of a girl, Willow, who yearns to find the father she never knew. When her mother finally tells her the truth she sets out to meet her dad on his ranch high in the mountains. “Our Wild Hearts” is graced by the acting abilities of Ricky’s wife Andrea and their children. Truly a family movie. Filled with incredible views of the Sierra Mountains and some absolutly beautiful wild mustangs. This Ricky Schroder Productions film is sure to please.
A reluctant father and professional mustang wrangler is reunited with the sophisticated daughter he has never known in “Our Wild Hearts,” a Hallmark Movie Channel Original Film, Saturday, March 9 (8p.m. ET/PT, 7C). It is a family affair for veteran actor Ricky Schroder (“NYPD Blue”) when he teams up with wife Andrea Schroder and his four children, Cambrie, Holden, Luke and Faith in “Our Wild Hearts,” a two-hour original film written by the Schroder parents and directed by Ricky as a starring vehicle for daughter Cambrie, an up-and-coming young actress. The film is a coming of age story about a sophisticated young girl Willow Johnson who leaves Malibu for the beautiful High Country of the Sierra Nevada Mountains in order to find her father Jack Thomas and potentially create a loving relationship with him. After she meets up with Jack, the young girl will discover her first love is a wild, but gifted mustang she names Bravo. The steed’s indomitable spirit helps Willow find a love for spontaneity and adventure with the father she thought she would never know.
