The Sugar Free Kitchen

sugarThe Sugar Free Kitchen

It’s true, sugar is in so many processed foods nowadays. We know all that sugar is not good for us and that we should not eat it. We still want to eat really good food, right? So what do you do? I found a great book from Parragon and Love Food that shows lots of creative ways to get alot of sugar out of your diet without sacrificing flavor. “The Sugar Free Kitchen” covers breakfast, lunch and snacks, main dishes as well as deserts and baking. I love that the book uses natural sweeteners like fruit, coconut milk and stevia. I am not a big fan of the artificial stuff. This is a fabulous book for you or anyone you know that just wants to cut some sugar from their meals. Love the color photos throughout the book. Well written recipes make these dishes super easy to make.
