I love that the book uses natural sweeteners like fruit, coconut milk and stevia. I am not a big fan of the artificial stuff. This is a fabulous book for you or anyone you know that just wants to cut some sugar from their meals. Love the color photos throughout the book. Well written recipes make these dishes super easy to make.
