This gem is filled with over 200 scrumptious sounding dishes from Russia. Personally I knew nothing of Russian cooking before today. Other than Borsch, Caviar and Pirogi of course. There are so many wonderful foods made in traditional Russian kitchens. Rich, creamy and delicious, you are going to want to try them all. I do wish there were pictures of the food in the cookbook.
