Peanut Butter and Co.
Peanut Butter and Company is the dream of founder, president and peanut butter lover Lee Zalben. Lee opened the Peanut Butter and Company Sandwich Shop in 1998 in New York City. Since then Lee’s dream has turned into a vast specialty peanut butter empire. It’s no wonder, Hubby and I got to try one of the amazing flavors. Let’s check em out.
White Chocolate Wonderful Peanut Butter
The first time Hubby and I tried this peanut butter was simply on a spoon. We wanted to get the true flavor before testing it on bread. All I can say is Peanut Butter and Company totally named this one right, it is… White Chocolate Wonderful. Next we made toast from a beautiful loaf of bread I found at our local bakery and topped it with White Chocolate Wonderful. Absolutely perfect. The peanut butter spread across the toast and melted in like they were meant to be together from the start of time. Y’all are getting the picture, right? White Chocolate peanut butter on artisan toast, WOW. White Chocolate Wonderful is a peanut and chocolaty delight. This is truly gourmet peanut butter.
