First and foremost I have to say this is a beautiful cookbook. Everything is gorgeous, from the cover to the recipes, full color photographs etc…I even love the type styles and the page layout. This is a perfect gift idea. Divided into four sections, “Nuts: Nutritious Recipes with Nuts from Salty or Spicy or Sweet” has something for everyone. The four parts include Spreads and Snacks, Breakfast and Lunch, Lunch and Dinner and Deserts and Baking. Just paging through I found so many recipes that I want to try. The family is going to love trying out the many creative ways we can add Nuts to our meals. Get yourself a copy so you can try em too.
