I love food. I mean really love food. I work in the food industry.The shows that I watch are about food. I review and collect cookbooks. Cooking is my favorite way to relax. Many times I want to try something that my husband and I have never had before. You know, step out of the box.
“Modern Israeli Cooking” allows me to do just that. Even the names of the recipes and some of the ingredients are new to me. The pictures throughout this cookbook show some of the most uniquely delicious looking creations. My mouth is watering just flipping through the pages. Chef and Author, Danielle Oron, does an incredible job bringing her style to traditional recipes. You can see the passion she has for food Israeli food.
The book is well organized, easy to understand and my favorite…There is a full color picture of each recipe. That is sooooo important to me. If ou have never tried Israeli food, or even if you have, step out of your box and give “Modern Israeli Cooking” a try
