One of the things I love about Collage Video is the diverse selections of workouts available. I like to switch things around a bit, ya know do different DVD’s on different days.. “Total Body Balance” gives you several exercise options on one DVD. Video goes from cardio to sculpting to a wonderful core stretch segment. If your in the mood for dance, its got that too. Each set is 20 minutes long and will really get ya going. I am totally adding this one to my exercise rotation.

CORE STRETCH: Build flexibility and core strength with this targeted series of stretches and core work to help you improve your posture. Do it at the end of a workout or on its own for a stretching session that’s sure to leave you feeling a little taller and lighter.
CARDIO DANCE SCULPT: Grab a sturdy chair for this dance-inspired, total-body cardio toning session. And not to worry, even if you have two left feet you can keep up with these simple, but fun, moves!
