I absolutely love poached eggs. Ever since I was in college and the cafeteria had the most amazing breakfasts. I would eat one scrambled egg, one poached egg, two strips of crispy bacon most mornings. Wonderful. Needless to say ever sense I have been looking for the perfect way to poach eggs.
