The foods from Jamaica are unique in flavor. Great flavor. Hubby and I both found one of our favorite versions of the French fry while on vacation in Jamaica years ago. The chef had seasoned the fries with a jerk seasoning. This unusual flavor add something truly delicious to the perfectly fried potatoes. The place where we stayed prided themselves on Jamaican flavor. When we returned home, I wondered if we would ever taste those incredible flavors again.
