I have always enjoyed deli food. I’m talking about the stuff from the really good delicatessens you find mostly in larger cities. “Alimentari”, the cookbook shares some amazing recipes from Brunswick Street Alimentari, a delicatessen, in Melbourne Australia. This family owned gem, established in 1998 serves the most amazing looking dishes.

“Alimentari has recipes for Morning, Midday and Later. The full color photos in this medium soft cover book make me want to book a flight to Australia. Since I have not won the lottery yet I will have to make the recipes myself. Yay!

Breakfast, salads, wraps, soups, entrees, deserts and basics are included. Just the names of the recipes make my mouth water.
