This is the kind of cookbook that even though it’s the beginning of June makes me long for cooler weather and dinner by the fire. The photography throughout the book is amazing. Not only is it full of beautiful pictures of the food but also has a plethora of gorgeous indoor and outdoor cool weather scenery. The recipes included are great. I am looking at everything from “Mashed Potato Pie with Bacon, Leeks and Cheese” (Ya can’t go wrong with bacon) to “Blackcurrant, Berry and Hazelnut Crumble Cake. Yummy! From Snack to winter salads to indulgent treats and a cup of cheer, Fireside Feasts and Everyday Treats has it all. Recipes are easy to follow, look and sound amazing.
