NEARLYWEDS,’ A HALLMARK CHANNEL ORIGINAL MOVIE WORLD PREMIERE JANUARY 12

“The Nearlyweds” a Hallmark Channel Original Movie has it’s world premier January 12, 2013. I received a screening copy so I can tell y’all about it. The story of three friends who are newlyweds and the complications of marriage. One couple’s issues are caused by the mother of of the groom who is nothing but trouble for one couple.  The second about timing for starting a family. The third faces issues with work relationships. Everything hits the fan when they all discover that their wedding licences were never signed. The romantic comedy has funny additions throughout the movie keep it moving quickly.

® Award-winning country music superstar Naomi Judd (“The Killing Game”). The romantic comedy is based on award-winning author Beth Kendrick’s novel, Nearlyweds and also stars Jessica Parker Kennedy (“The Secret Circle”), Britt Irvin (“The Vow”), Travis Milne (“Rookie Blue”), Ryan Kennedy (“Hannah’s Law”) and Steve Bacic (“Big Love”).

When Erin (Panabaker), Casey (Kennedy) and Stella (Irvin) discover that a paperwork error has annulled all their marriages, they reassess their relationships with their new nearly-husbands. Erin finds herself competing with mother-in-law Renee (Judd) for the loyalty of David (Kennedy), Casey questions Nick’s (Milne) commitment, and Stella deals with balancing her desire for a career with Mark’s (Bacic) expectation for a stay at home wife. With the pressures of marriage all around, all three couples must again decide whether to make the long walk down the aisle…or to walk out the door and start over. The three friends navigate the highs and lows of their new marriages together, but ultimately must make their own decisions about the futures of these relationships.
