Being allergic to cow’s milk I am always looking for dairy free options that taste great. Cream pies have always been hard to find recipes for. So when I was offered to do a review of Vegan Pie in The Sky I was absolutely thrilled. There are pics of many of the pies. This made me really hungry, My favorite recipe is Chocolate Peanut Butter Tartlets. I love how the book has the recipe for all crusts needed in the book at the front. You can opt to make the crusts yourself or find vegan options already made at your local grocer.
