Mooney Farms – Bella Sun Lucci Sun Dried Tomatoes Giveaway

 I love good food. I mean really good food. Where you can tell the people care about the flavors of what they are selling. I found agreat company that you can see loves food as much as I do. It really shows in the quality of their foods. Money Farms offers sun dried tomatoes in so many fabulous ways. We got to try out several of their awesome products. Let’s check em out:

Sun Dried Tomato Bruschetta with Italian Basil 
For this one we will just quote Hubby as he is devouring the Bruschetta on toasted Italian bread …”Mmmmm That is good, mmmmmm Oh man, that’t got flavor dancing all over my tongue. I don’t even know how to describe it. Very mild, cheese comes through well”..This is by far the favorite product from Mooney Farms. Truly amazing.

 
California Sun Dried Tomatoes Julienne Cut with Zesty Peppers
These were used in a sun dried tomato and spinach frittata. Absolute perfection. Man I love the Bella Sun Lucci sud dried Tomatoes.
 
California Sun Dried Tomatoes Julienne Cut with Italian Basil 
Tart and Tangy tomato flavor. They include a recipe for Antipasto on the back of the bag.


Sun Dried Tomato Pesto with whole pinenuts 
We served this one over pasta. Absolutely delicious. Can taste the cheese and tomatoes perfect blend. Pine nuts add a nice textural change. Very satisfying.


Sun Dried Tomatoes in Olive Oil & Herbs – Halves 
 This one was destined to be pizza topping extraordinaire. Choose your favorite pizza crust, top with your favorite sauce, fresh basil leaves, cooked Italian sausage crumbles, sliced French goat milk cheese and the delectable flavor of Sun Dried Tomatoes in Olive Oil & Herbs – Halves. Go ahead and drizzle some of that awesome flavored oil from the  tomatoes on the pizza too. Just make sure to leave enough oil in the jar to keep your sun dried beauties covered for freshness. Put pizza on a pizza stone and bake for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees or until desired doneness.

The tomatoes really rock the pizza flavor.
Sun Dried Tomatoes in Olive Oil & Herbs – Julienne 
  These were baked into puff pastry with numerous other fillings such . The tomatoes again were a perfect addition to the Italian flavor of my dish. The quality and flavor really shine through. Remember you have to use great ingredients to get great results. I highly recommend Mooney Farms.
