The folks over at The Spice Lab sent over one of their collections of salts for us to check out. We got the Gourmet Collection #2 with four tubes. This little culinary delight included one test tube of each: Himalayan Crystal Pink- No. 40, Hickory Smoked – No. 8, Cyprus White Flake – No. 3, and Molakai Black Hawaiian – No. 13 in a lovely wooden holder and a handy spoon to remove salt from the tubes.
